Parking Policy
Parking Rules and Regulation Policy
· Assigned/ Unmarked parking spaces are provided for Residents’ private licensed passenger vehicles and pick up trucks.
· Any vehicles with expired license plates, no license plates, or others that are inoperable will be towed away at the owner’s expense. This also applies to vehicles that are illegally parked in the wrong assigned space or have missing parts or are defaced.
· Vehicles must be parked within marked lines. Observe “No Parking” areas designated by painted curbs and posted signs. Fire lanes must be kept open for emergency vehicles at all times.
· Mechanical repairs to vehicles will not be permitted in the parking lots.
· Use of an Assigned parking space or unmarked parking space will be at your own risk.
· Parking Decal must be placed in lower right (passenger side) of windshield.
Breckenridge Parking Policy:
One Assigned parking space is provided for each unit for residents of Breckenridge Condominiums only. Our goal is to not discourage guests from visiting our community, but, to make sure our residents have an opportunity to use their Assigned parking space upon returning home.
TOWING HOURS
Towing hours will be enforced twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week.
Any vehicle that does not display a valid parking Decal issued by Breckenridge Condominiums Management office
will be towed without notice at the owner’s expense.
